Refund Policy

As an Aezra Clothing customer, if there's a major issue with your purchase, you can get a replacement or refund. Remember, we're here to make your shopping experience great!
• You have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
• Pre-order items cannot be refunded until you have received your product, as each order is specifically made for you.
• Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any refunds for compression shorts.
• You are required to pay any postage costs back to us, however, we will ship back your exchange item free of charge!
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage
must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.

If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned.
